Hello Everyone,
My name is Angela. I just finished watching the movie Julia and Julie for the 2nd time and it got me thinking. I am a 24 year old college graduate from NYU with a degree in Nutrition, Food Studies and Public Health. Julie Powell said that both Julia and herself found themselves through food. I will take this challenge myself to see if food really does help?
I am a nutritionist who eats cake all the time, does that equal happiness?
